As you might have already seen, the site has been offline for quite a while now. While it was not our intention to leave you waiting for months, taking it offline was quite intentional. There were many backend changes that needed to be done urgently, which couldn´t happen while the site was still running simultaneously without losing data.
There have been many changes, design revisions and updates over last 2 years, but this is the big one. So big in fact, we call it the 2.0 Update.
Every single page you can interact with has been reworked!
We improved design, focused heavily on user experience and also improved loading time and consistency on the way. But let´s start at the beginning and work our way through the changes one by one:
New Home Page
Finally, the unnecessary home page, which flooded you with a wall of text when you just wanted to read a story, is gone. Instead, you now get directly to our stories. No fluff, no unnecessary text or images, straight to what you came for.
Not only that, but this page is also completely redesigned everywhere. We started with the story cards, that work much better with longer titles now and don´t have wrapping issues anymore. They also simply look way cooler with their new accent color.
But we didn´t stop there. We also completely reworked the “Search and Filter” Section. In the old version, there was the problem that having checkbox for every single story tag meant it needed to be huge. Especially when all the tags were displayed on mobile, you needed to scroll forever to get to your stories.
Scrolling time is over now!
By hiding the tags behind a simple and elegant toggle switch, the same functionality could be fitted into a much smaller and more beautiful box, which made a redesign of the entire page possible.

Find you favorite Author
Right next to our stories, you can find the “Authors” option in our header. This option existed before, but the page it leads to now is completely new. Previously, it was just the Author Tutorial, explaining how to become an Author on our Website. That page still exists, was reworked, and is reachable, right at the top of this new page using the text link, among other places.
But what we have in its place now is much more useful for users: Our new Author Archive allows you to find your favorite writer quickly and easily. Just like with our stories, you can search them and order them however you want.
About Us
The third position on our header is occupied by the new “About us” page. This is basically there to replace the original home page, but it was completely redone from scratch.
The new page doesn´t only look better, it also much more clearly represents what we want, what we stand for and what we want to provide for you.
And this is still not everything that was redesigned! We also have a completely new footer, a new header (although it looks similar), new login and register pages, a reworked news archive and reworked news pages.
Basically, we weren´t lying when we said everything had been reworked.
Of cause all of these pages also look better than before in dark mode, no functionality has been compromised on there. But that is still not everything.
Bashful Scribe
This has been planned from the beginning, and in the works for a while, but Bashful Scribe joins our Website with this update. His Website has actually been linked on this site since the beginning because he also provides great blog articles on how to write an erotic story. If you want to comission a story from him, be sure to check out his website linked with his name above.
He is a veteran from sexstories.com who has now become a very successful independent erotica writer. It is an honor that he allowed for his stories to be shared here.
For now, only 3 of his shorter stories have been uploaded, but many more will be added in the future. He has a huge selection of stories that will make this platform much better.
The Future
So now that we have released our 2.0 update, what can you expect from us in the future?
First of all, we will become much more active on Twitter again. While the Website was offline, it didn´t make much sense to post there, but we will return to that.
The time of major refactoring and redesigning is now over.
There might still be some more bugs to iron out, and some smaller new features we add. But in general, we are in a very good position technically, and the Website is the best it has ever been. Our focus is now hard set on finding and uploading more great stories, and on growing our community.
We are more commited to quality than ever. We have disabled ads to further improve the experience for you, but don´t worry. There will never be any paid subsciptions here and we stop at nothing to make this the greatest erotica platform there is. You can expect new stories weekly and new tweets daily.
We apologize you had to wait this long, and hope this 2.0 Update is everything you hoped for.
